Mindful Heart

A Live Music & Compassion Immersion

Sometimes the person we are hardest on is ourselves.

We strive, overthink, compare and keep going, often believing we need to be more before we are enough.

Mindful Heart is an invitation to pause that inner critic and dialogue.

This is a live music journey that weaves together guided compassion meditation, heartful melodies and harmonies, and reflective stream-of-consciousness writing. Shared in a small, intimate circle of no more than 16 people, it offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate greater self-compassion.

Whether you've never meditated before or have an existing practice, you'll be gently guided through an afternoon designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more connected.

Come exactly as you are.

What to expect

During Mindful Heart, we'll journey together through:

๐ŸŒฟ Guided mindfulness to relax & slow down

๐ŸŽถ Immersive sound journey

๐Ÿ’› Compassion practices for the heart

โœ๏ธ Guided reflective journaling

๐ŸŒผ Connection with a like-hearted community

Why compassion?

Research consistently shows that accessing and practising compassion can help reduce stress, quiet the inner critic and build greater emotional resilience.

Compassion is about learning to relate to yourself with the same kindness you naturally offer others.

This guided practice takes inspiration from nature and the flower as a timeless metaphor in poetry, stories and our everyday lives. In our live gatherings, these journeys unfold more deeply through compassionate inquiry, reflective journaling and immersive live music. We canโ€™t wait to share this with you and to experience it together in person.
